"Speak up" is our confidential system for employees and third parties to report directly to the Human Resources Department, any concerns they may have about issues affecting people, our organization, society or the environment, such as:

  • possible instances of dishonesty or malpractice
  • possible violations of any law, regulation, company policy or ethical issue
  • possible questionable accounting, internal controls.

Stolt Sea Farm promotes a culture in which employees feel able to raise genuine concerns without fear of  retaliation, victimisation, discrimination or disadvantage. You do not need proof of your suspicions, but all messages must be made in good faith. No action will be taken against an employee who raises a concern in good faith, even if it is found to be unjustified. However, concerns which are found to have been raised maliciously or for personal gain will result in disciplinary action and/or legal action.

All messages will be processed in confidence.

All messages will be treated confidentially. You do not have to give your name or personal details as the system has been designed to allow anonymity.
